The Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission is open to the public Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays except on public holidays. All individuals can get information, make queries and complaints at the front desk.
